Job Description

Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.rnTyping, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.rnEntering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.rnLiaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.rnManaging internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.rnScheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.rnCopying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.rnPreparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.rnOrdering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.rnObserving best business practices and etiquette.rnPersonal Assistant Requirements:rnHigh school diploma or GED.rnCertification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.rn1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.rnExtensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.rnAdvanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.rnAbility to manage internal and external correspondence.rnWorking knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.rnProficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.rnExcellent written and verbal communication skills.rnExceptional interpersonal skills.
