Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling telephonic/personal interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring manager.
• Feedback collection and further process initiation with the selected candidate and Salary negotiation with the candidate and telephonic reference check of the selected candidate.
• Offer processing – Complete document submission to Ops HR for offer release.
• Ensuring offer acceptance is sent by the candidate and Incase of candidate backout, ensuring the pipeline of shortlisted candidate is ready for immediate interview scheduling.
